| Vinification | As soon as the clusters are picked, they are brought to the cellar and pressed. Cultured yeasts are added to the must, which then ferments some 15 days at 24-26 °C, about 10 of which on the skins. |
| Aging | The wines matures 18 months in oak barrels, then it receives a minimum of four months’ bottle-ageing. |
Other curiosities
Appears a compact, opaque ruby. The nose displays dark cherry preserves, pomegranate juice and wild raspberry, yielding to fragrant hints of cinnamon, tanned leather and pipe tobacco. The palate is full-volumed, seductive and velvety, with generous, glossy tannins. The finish is irresistibly appealing, inviting a further sip.
