Vinification | After the harvest, the freshly picked grapes are taken to the cellar and de-stemmed.The crushed grapes begin to ferment so that part of the pigments contained in the skins are transferred to the must, a fundamental step to obtain the characteristic golden color of the wine. The wine is then racked and the must is fermented at a controlled temperature between 16° and 18°. The secondary fermentation takes place with the Charmat method for about 30 days. |
Other curiosities
A bright golden cup. The range of aromas is reminiscent of ripe yellow fruits such as apricot, peach and yellow plums. The sweetness on the palate, is well balanced by freshness. Delicate bubbles accompany the sip closing on a light bitter almond note.
